    Does the CDS chart refer to Certificates of Deposits or Credit default swap rates?
    I’m guessing Certificates of Deposit~

      Lucy, I don’t agree it was a rant, but more of anger toward the policy of leaning on the Fed and very little confidence in the president’s economic team. It wasn’t an article but a quote.
